Profile

A decade of shaping hospitality culture
Aleksandr Mitrakov
Aleksandr MitrakovFounder & CEO, 075 Group

I'm a restaurateur, entrepreneur and technology founder. Before hospitality, I spent five years in IT — developing and implementing business-automation systems for companies. Then I spent over a decade building and scaling restaurants, at the intersection of gastronomy, culture and technology. As founder and CEO of 075 Group, I've launched 15 projects, invested about $5.5M (449M RUB), and created more than 350 jobs across the restaurant and food-tech industry.

My flagship, 0.75 Please, is one of the top dining destinations in Russia — ranked #9 nationally (Wheretoeat 2024) and repeatedly named the best restaurant in Siberia, built on local, seasonal ingredients and the culinary heritage of the region.

Beyond restaurants, I'm building PekloOS — an AI-powered operating system for restaurants.

Where hospitality meets artificial intelligence

Five years in IT building and deploying business-automation systems, then a decade running restaurants — now I'm building the software for the industry I operated in, and I design, write, deploy and operate all of it myself.

PekloOS — the operating system for restaurants. Finance and operations in one connected model, run by the team and by AI agents.
It watches the data day and night, spots the deviation, turns it into a task, trains the staff involved, and follows through.
Built solo — full stack, ~18 months: 823 API endpoints, ~470 tables, an in-house metric engine. AI-assisted; every decision mine.
Live modules — P&L & analytics, staff & payroll, tasks, reviews, training, guests, POS integrations, and an AI operations assistant.

Vision

From Siberia to the world

The next chapter is international. Dubai is my base while I build PekloOS into a world-class product for the global hospitality industry.

PekloOS then heads to the US — the largest restaurant market in the world. After YC I'll incorporate a Delaware C-corp, based in San Francisco. The mission is the operating system for restaurants, everywhere.
